The Titan software developed by a Paisa company allows video and audio recording, enable GPS location, and also serves as a direct PPT means of communication (via mobile data). The magazine El Colombiano explains that “. ..recordings that cannot be deleted or edited, are stored on central servers...”
With the support of this software and TIPI S.A.S, the Police were in charge of guaranteeing the safety of Pope Francis and his assistants at his field mass in the city of Medellín.
