About this delivery, the Secretary of Traffic and Road Safety, Angélica Rodríguez, reports through the newspaper El Heraldo, that "...with this technology, the operational traffic arm is strengthened and procedures will be improved because the actions of traffic agents in their control and prevention tasks are recorded in real-time."
